Easy Curried Sausages

This is a favorite in my house, especially with a fussy toddler. This is a sweeter curry so great for kids.

  1. My son loved this, had to thicken though as very runny. Next time I would only use 1 cup of stock

A really easy and tasty recipe and very enjoyable and i use Almond milk

  3. We had this for dinner tonight. So Yum…!! My partner and I have been together for 9 years and I have never cooked Curried Sausages. I’m more of a chicken fan, but today something said SAUSAGES and this caught my eye. It was delicious. Everyone asked for seconds and there is heaps of leftovers. Definitely one to put in the regular meal category.

This was so yummy. I used pork sausages from Costco that I cooked in the air fryer for ten minutes prior to adding. I just used a 300ml bottle of cream instead of milk and cream which I added with the stock. This is definitely going to be a new favourite!

  5. Tried this for the first time yesterday, we really enjoyed it. I made a few changes to suit us, no peas and carrots just frozen corn, extra curry powder (about 4 Tbl spoons). I left the lid off for the last few hours as the sauce wasn’t thickening. Turned out perfect and I didn’t need to add the cream

  6. Making this on Sunday, could I cut sausages into 4 first and also use 300ml cooking cream instead of Milk and Cream. Also how long to cook if sausages are cut up. Thank you

Yes trish, totally ok to cut up and to swap for cooking cream 🙂 I’d still give cut sausages around 4-5hrs low 🙂

Taste really nice, I love Curry Sausages!😋 Not sure where I went wrong as when cooked it was very fatty. I just added the Sausages raw.
