Ingredients
 

  • 2 duck breasts (or other cut of duck)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Juice from one orange

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into slow cooker
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours

    Sorry ladies I only just saw the questions. I doubled the ingredients except for the soy sauce in a bowl. I then tasted and added a touch more soy, this just went by my personal taste. I cooked for 6 hours on low and based several times during cooking

    Thanks, Karen, I sort of did a combo of the “duck delight” and duck l’orange……….it turned out fabulous!!! I froze half, and just had some tonight. Tasted just as good!!!

    I’m not a fan of duck, however after eating this will be adding to our list.
