Cherry Ripe Fudge

Ingredients
 

  • 30 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons cherry liqueur
  • 2 blocks white chocolate 220g
  • 1 tin condensed milk 395g
  • 600g glaced red cherries
  • 2 cups desicated coconut
  • rose pink food colouring

Instructions
 

  • Place butter, liqueur,chocolate and condensed milk in slow cooker stir every 15 minutes for 1 and 1/2 hours on low until comes away from sides slightly
  • Stir through coconut and cherries and food coloring to your liking place in a baking paper lined tray and chill in fridge for 2 hours.
  • Cut with a warm knife or use metal cookie cutters for variety

      No probs Lindsey, it will just have less cherry flavours 🙂

    Have you ever tried it with maraschino cherries and cherry juice from the jar?

      Beware that liquids like juice can seize the chocolate 🙂
