Simple, easy and tasty !! Just the way I like it !!
Served for dinner with hot chips, salad and garlic bread.
Turned a few eggs into a filling meal.
Absolutely delicious. I put in oven to crisp up 10mins yummy
I don’t have taco boats so can I use little ramekins? thanks for your lovely ideas too
sure could 🙂
Wow Wayne these are amazing!! I seasoned with salt and pepper before cooking and were blown away with the result ? worked wonderfully, just popped in the oven for 10mins to crisp before serving ? brilliant boat ? recipe we will make again and again ?
Oh Yumm!! These taste fantastic. Great for breakfast, lunch or tea. I sandwiched the soft taco shells into my 5.5L slow cooker & think that’s why it took mine 2hr15min cook time on high. We ended up eating them the next day. I added pepper before adding in the egg. I didn’t do the extra cheese on top, my own personal preference.
So easy and filling. Absolutely loved these. On the repeat list.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback Christine – you’re awesome for doing so!
