YUM! Had some homemade plum sauce to use, so glad I made this. Will definitely be a regular in our house! 😀 thanks!

OMG, this was so yum and so easy. And finally, everyone in the family agreed that they liked it. Will definitely be making this again. The flavours weren’t too strong and the meat just fell apart. Even the daughter who hates thigh fillets, enjoyed the meal.
For those in the same boat as me, I didn’t have sweet soy sauce, so I used salt reduced soy sauce and two teaspoons of sugar, and it still tasted delish.

Oh my Lord !!! So full of flavour. This is another dish on the repeat list. Not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness.

    Will definitely have again

Really nice flavours. I used breast so only cooked for around 3 hours. The sauce was a bit runny, would probably try the tea towel trick next time. Nice easy dinner on a hot night with some salad.

This was absolutely delicious and easy to make. I added a tablespoon of worcestershire sauce to the sauce ingredients along with some carrots, celery and capsicum with the onion. Will definitely make again. Thank you for a great recipe 😋
