Wow!Wow!Wow!
Another amazingly delicious meal.
The flavours well matched, as hubby and tomatoes don’t go.
Guess what!! no reflux woo hoo.
We had 4 plates clean.
Love Love Loved this new dish.
Hubby ??of approval, requested it on menu ? ???????
Thank you Paulene for this delicious recipe ???
Made with game sausages. Love the sauce! Thank you, Pauline for another winner!
Absolutely delicious! I swapped out the sausages for about 1 kg of beef-and-pork meatballs from my supermarket. I didn’t brown or cook the meatballs beforehand. It’s very more-ish, not many leftovers. A big flavour from so few ingredients! This is on the do-again list for sure.
I used the larger jar Rosella brand tomato chutney! Tangy & perfect!
So damn good!!
Absolutely delish !!! I used a mix of lean beef sausages & rissoles. I added frozen vegies & didn’t use the onion. I had added a little water as I had cleaned the fruit chutney jar into the SC – that did cause it to be a little watery so I added 2 tablespoons of gravy granules. Verdict was 12/10 with request for it to added to the rotation list. A definite winner !! Thank-you Paulene for another tasty, easy, budget friendly recipe !!!
Amazing feedback!
Thanks Lucy!
Made this today for the first time. Amazing, easy, delicious. Going to serve with steamed vegetables and mash. Cheers 🍻
Another winner! We served it with hot chips and cheesy zucchini. Kids went back for seconds and requested we have it again soon. I loved how quick and easy it was to throw on before heading out to sports.
All I can say is OOMMGGGAAWWW this scrumptiously delicious 🤤 easy recipe was a huge hit with hubby. Giving it a 12/10 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. Very budget friendly to boot.
Note : I did add my usual 1 teaspoon of thyme to the mix. Cooked in my 3.5 L sc for 6 hours.
Thanks Jenny P
These were amazing and will definitely be making again. Served with mashed potato and did put some frozen peas, corn and carrot in half an hour or so before as per hubby’s request.
Thanks Petrina for taking the time to leave your great feedback! 🙂
first time trying this recipe. I give it 10 out of 1p and that’s coming from a person who’s not a fan of sausages. it was sweet but not to sweet. a perfect simple blend that you could easily serve up to guests for dinner.
That’s awesome feedback, thanks Jane! 🙂
I was looking for something different to do with the sausages for dinner tonight so I decided on this simple n delicious recipe n ohhh my goodness, it was sooo darn good, served on top of mashed potato n pumpkin, seasoned with cracked salt/pepper, will definitely make this again 😍🤪👌🏼 thank you Paulene 🤗👍🏼
Hooray so glad you enjoyed it Jenny!
This was a winner! So quick & easy to prep and turned out delicious. Although the recipe didn’t specify, I did brown the onions and snags first before switching my Greenpan to slow cook mode. We served with white rice but it would also be delicious with mashed potatoes
That’s wonderful to hear!! – thanks Susan for taking the time to leave your 5-star feedback also:)
SC App to the rescue!
Cue this recipe, first time making. Utilised all my ingredients on hand!
Prepped, set & go super simple, before heading off to work! Leftovers for lunch, bonus!
Love this Tracey – thanks!!
Chutney tomato sausages are simple done right. Only four ingredients and the flavour hits hard.
Rich, tangy, a little sweet, and seriously comforting. Minimal effort, maximum taste, mighty magnificent from the basics.
What wonderful feedback! Thanks Meagan 🙂
love this super easy recipe with “basic ingredients” which can be pantry staples on hand. so yummy
Thanks for taking the time to leave your fab 5-star review Leanne! 🙂
wasn’t bad but I think will try with different sausages they just had no taste. but sauce was amazing and such easy dish
Sausages can definitely vary depending on where you buy them – if you loved the sauce you’ll love it with better sausages 🙂
Will definitely be cooking this again. Love how quickly it went into the slow cooker. My 22 year old son commented how tasty it was. Thank you for another amazing recipe!!
