This is seriously our favourite curry in the slow cooker!! It has so much flavour! The spices dont cook out and go bland like I’ve had in the past! Don’t be scared of the list of ingredients, they are mostly pantry staples and it’s so worth it!

Beef Curry with Spinach

This can all be thrown in together but I find if turns out AMAZING if the beef is browned and then the curry paste and coconut milk is cooked before everything is chucked in together.

Vegan Chickpea & Cauliflower Curry

Quite a sweet curry can substitute chicken for beef and coconut milk for Greek yogurt if preferred.

Add more or less ingredients to suit your taste.

This curry is quite mild but full flavoured suitable for the whole family
