Whole BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
- - 1 whole chicken
- - 1x 420g can condensed tomato soup
- - 1/2 cup vinegar
- - 3 tbsp brown sugar
- - 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- - 1/4 tsp basil
- - 1/4 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Place chicken in slow cooker bowl
- Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hrs or until cooked through (time varies between slow cooker models)

**VARIATION**
I cooked this recipe as above then removed the chicken, shredded the meat off the bone then returned just the chicken meat to the cooking liquids.
Added 200-250gm of pasta shells and cooked an additional 45-60mins or until tender.
Stirred through 1 cup grated cheese and served as a delicious one pot chicken & pasta recipe 🙂
