June 16, 2015

  • Prep: 5 mins

600g white chocolate blocks (I used Cadbury Dream)

1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp vanilla

1Place all ingredients into slow cooker.

2On Low lid off

3Stir every 15mins or so for approx 90 mins.

4Use a metal or silicone spoon to stir.

5Pour into a baking paper lined tray and refrigerate to set. I find overnight to be best 🙂

6When set cut into squares and store in fridge.

Super easy recipe that worked wonderfully. Perfect consistency. Better than some shop bought fudge. Extremely moreish. Delicious.
