My kids loved this. Great way to have bacon cheese and potatoe all at once ๐
All I can say is YUM!!
I will be making this sounds so yummy
Delicious dish! Nice change from mashed potatoes or potato bake – very satisfied ??
The trick to this is the place a wooden spoon each side of the potato so you don’t cut all the way through – the knife stops when it hits the wooden spoon. I then pulled out every 2nd slice of potato so there was a larger gap for the bacon & cheese. And then I just put the spare pieces of potato on the top and cooked it along with the dish.
This is a fantastic side dish and we thoroughly enjoyed it
Yummy recipe, very easy.
Used left over Xmas ham instead of bacon, added 1tbsp dried chives.

My 3 very fussy monsters loved it. I added mushrooms and onion to mine and I think next time I will add some garlic and herbs as well, because I found it alittle plan for my liking. However all in all it was easy to put together and cook and the monsters loved it so thatโs a win in my books
