Made this using herb/garlic chicken sausages~Perfect
Added carrot & broccoli to bulk it out a bit more & served with cauliflower rice
I reckon this would be so tasty with curried chicken sausages

  4. This was a huge hit with my family and will definitely make again.
I think next time I may add a can of halved Apricots just to enhance that apricot flavour.
Served with mash and green beans

  5. I’ve cooked this twice in the past few weeks, was a huge hit with my family.
Got to admit, I was a bit dubious but … wow. Delicious, and I am not really a sausage fan but my family love them! I love them like this!
Served with mash potato and steamed veggies!
4 clean plates was all that was left!

  6. Would never have thought of this till seen it posted on the site this morn … made it for tea …
Love the simplicity and flavour …def make again for sure .

Loved by the whole family! We use chicken chipolatas, a large tin of apricots and add a bit of curry powder. Pop in some frozen veg towards the end.

  8. Oh my goodness! How delicious is this recipe. The only thing different I did was cut up the sausages and didn’t cook it for the full five hours. This was absolutely delicious. We served it with brown rice. Huge fan and so simple. Thank you!

i had a mixture of honey sausages & beef sausages as i am not a fan of chicken snags.
