- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- In the final 15mins of cooking take your 2 packets of noodles, break each in half and sit on top of the chow mein in slow cooker. Sprinkle flavour sachets over the noodles. Pour 200ml boiling water over noodles & push them down to submerge them into the meat mix & cover them.Come back after 15mins & mix them throughout the mixture to disperse.
- Serve with optional crusty buttered bread on the side or just on it's own.Curry taste in this dish is not spicy/hot, so all ages can enjoy this meal. If you prefer more bite, by all means add more for your family's tastes 🙂

This is so yummy, will definitely make it again ?
This was good. Used only 500g mince but kept the seasonings the same. Used only 125ml beef stock as my slow cooker makes a lot of liquid. Cooked the noodles separately as hubby loves them and I knew he would prefer it like that. 10/10 recipe! ?
Made this tonight, quick , easy and Hubby loved it, can’t ask for anything more 🙂
If I do noodles separately do I still add noodle flavouring into meat please
Doreen
I’d put the flavour with the noodles if you are doing the noodles separate.
Hubby & I thoroughly enjoyed this, I added Chilli as we like a bit of kick, will definitely be making this again 😋
I made this for the first time tonight. The only thing I changed was I used Quorn mince as I don’t eat meat. I also added bean sprouts and the noodles I used were the Amoy Singapore curry noodles. This dish is so flavourful it will be a regular tea.
Made this yesterday and I was amazing, highly recommended
Made this two nights ago. Yum. Thumbs up all round. So easy.
this was so yummy, i forgot to take a photo. I will be making again
this was lovely I added chillies to it 👏🏻😋

Easy, delicious, affordable. Even my fussy 5yo liked it. I halved the recipe but kept the same amount of vegetables and noodles. Will definitely be making it again.
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave feedback Rebecca – really appreciate it!
This recipe is so similar to one I made up years ago, only on the stove top. Of course it’s even easier in the slow cooker!!! I didn’t add any water until near the end when I added the noodles as it made enough liquid. Very yummy.
We’ve been away camping I’ve cooked slowcooker meals the whole time, and this one certainly didn’t disappoint, so 😋
What great feedback!! Thanks for taking the time to leave yours Sheriee 🙂
So tasty and filling
Aweswome! And thanks for leaving your lovely feedback Sheriee 🙂
Made this before and commented on it then. Such an easy throw together meal. Added some left over Pataks korma paste this time. YUM
Thanks wonderful to get a tip of something else to try in it too – thanks Margaret! 🙂
A really tasty meal! I certainly wouldn’t add too much water as there was plenty of liquid in the finished meal.
I made this today for dinner tonight and it was absolutely delicious. Because I live alone and have limited freezer space to store leftovers, I halved the recipe using a half kilo of minced beef and the rest of the ingredients I halved only using one packet of noodles as well. If you’re not sure about making this, you really should try it. It’s so easy, budget friendly and tastes so good I actually went back for seconds.
So wonderful to include for others how you made your half mix! Thanks for coming back to leave your feedback 🙂
This did not disappoint! Absolutely easy peasy and the taste, just wow !!!!
I’ll be making this again- so easy and more than likely will add to my planned meals when we’re away in the caravan ❤️

Well I went on the Chow Mein Mince bandwagon and I’m so glad I did.
This dish was full of flavour and didn’t disappoint.
I followed the recipe except for cabbage as I didn’t have any, so instead I added capsicum & peas with the onions and carrots.
Thank you for sharing this recipe 😋
Thanks Sandy – those additions are a great suggestions for others also 🙂
I made tonight using Yoodles Brown Rice Noodles as my wife is Coeliac.

Finally got around to cooking this tonight.I jigged it a bit for my gut and added some frozen stir fry veges. I warmed them before putting them in. It was truly delicious and will be on my regular list. Thanks Pauline.

Ade this tonight it was so beautiful, hubby loved it, will definitely be making this again and sharing the recipe with friends and family
Thanks so much for your lovely feedback!
This was so yummy 😋. Cooked per instructions however doubled the Worcestershire sauce and changed the carrot to a bag of shredded carrots which was added 3 hours into cooking time. When I got home I adjusted seasonings and added extra curry. Used chicken noodles instead of oriental. We will definitely make again ❤️
Great to hear! Thanks 🙂
