I swear it’s as good as any restaurant pasta dish I’ve ever had. Freezing some for work meals next week.

Please know that this is hot. You can make it milder by substituting the chillies for a more mild flavour. Would be good with beef or chicken

This is a very easy recipe to put together and great for a cold winters day!

Super yummy and easy. Could grate veggies to hide from fussy kids lol.
I served mine in mini taco boats with grated cheese and sour cream.
