  1. One of the best. I add whatever veggies I have and doesn’t affect the quality of this recipe

Kecap manis 🙂 A sweet soy sauce available near the regular soy sauce in supermarkets

I’m going to try this but without the sugar or sweet soy sauce as I’m not a fan of too much sweetness in meals. But I might substitute the soy with a half cup of dry red wine Ann’s see how it turns out. ?

Was very nice. I added 1/2 tsp extra of the herbs and spices plus salt and pepper and bulked it out with one carrot, 200g mushrooms and a tin of cannellini beans on top of the recipe specified vegies. used a 350g pack of gluten free spaghetti and got 8 serves from it. would recommend this to others and will likely make again.
