
Thai Yellow Curry Chicken
Quick & easy to prepare, a lovely flavoursome dish!
Equipment
- 6L slow cooker
Ingredients
- 500 gram Diced Chicken
- 185 gram jar of Ayam Yellow Curry Paste
- 800 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 large Potato – peeled and cut into chunks (not too small)
- 2 Carrots – peeled and sliced
- 1 Onion – halved & sliced
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
Instructions
- Put chicken in slow cooker
- Add vegetables
- Mix all other ingredients in a bowl & pour over chicken & vegetables making sure all of the potato is covered
- Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours
