fish sauce

tbsp
Brown sugar

Potato - peeled and cut into chunks (not too small)

Carrots - peeled and sliced

Onion - halved & sliced
1
tsp
minced ginger

Garlic Cloves crushed
Instructions
Put chicken in slow cooker
Add vegetables
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl & pour over chicken & vegetables making sure all of the potato is covered
Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours
