Equipment

  • 6L slow cooker

Ingredients
 

  • 500 gram Diced Chicken
  • 185 gram jar of Ayam Yellow Curry Paste
  • 800 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 large Potato - peeled and cut into chunks (not too small)
  • 2 Carrots - peeled and sliced
  • 1 Onion - halved & sliced
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 Garlic Cloves crushed

Instructions
 

  • Put chicken in slow cooker
  • Add vegetables
  • Mix all other ingredients in a bowl & pour over chicken & vegetables making sure all of the potato is covered
  • Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours
