Equipment

  • 6L slow cooker

Ingredients
 

  • 12 beef sausages, cut
  • 4 potatoes, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 2 parsnips. chopped
  • 1 swede pumpkin. chopped
  • 440 gram can of baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 440 gram can of condensed tomato soup
  • 2 pkts French onion soup mix (dry mix only)
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 litre Water
  • 3 tbsp Gravy powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Add in gravy powder towards end of cooking to thicken
  • Lovely served with some toasted tiger bread to soak up the sauce :)
