Equipment

  • 6L slow cooker I used THIS one

Ingredients
 

  • 8 small lamb loin chops - could use other cuts of lamb also
  • 400 ml Can Coconut Cream.
  • 1 heaped tsp Cornflour
  • 1 heaped tsp Minced garlic
  • 1 heaped tsp beef stock powder - I use Massel
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pkt french onion soup mix (dry, no water added)

Instructions
 

  • Place lamb chops in slow cooker
  • Combine all other ingredients and pour over
  • Cook on low for 6hrs using Tea Towel Trick
