1kgbag of frozen potato hash browns (see note in step 3)
2cupsgrated cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients (except the hash browns and cheese) in the slow cooker and mix to combine
Cook on low for 4hrs
Cover with frozen hash browns in a single layer Note: I used a large rectangle slowcooker. If you are using a round or oval one you may find potato gems/tater tots easier to assemble in that shape. Any frozen potato hash brown type product will work. Just keep it to a single layer
Cook on low for an additional 2hrs
Top with grated cheese and give an additional 20mins to melt well
