Ingredients PER PAV LAYER (there is 3 layers so you'll need 3 x each ingredient in total)
2egg whites
3/4cupcastor sugar
1/2heaped tablespooncornflour
1tsp vinegar
Flavourings for each PAV LAYER
1Tbspcocoa in only Pav #1
1tspvanilla extract in only Pav #2
1tspstrawberry and cream colour and flavouring only in Pav #3
Toppings
whipped cream
seasonal fruit of your choice
Instructions
Line slow cooker with baking paper leaving enough extra length to grab onto to get pav out at the end of cooking
You will mix each pavlova in the mixer separately.Place ingredients for each layer and it's flavour into stand mixer (or mix by hand) Mix until thick and peaks hold their shape and sugar is dissolved
Layer the 3 pavlova's into slow cooker on top of each other
Put tea towel under lid as per TEA TOWEL TRICKand cook on low for 4 hours Use skewer to test if pavlova is cooked When cooked turn off slow cooker remove lid and tea towel and let cool in slow cooker before removing!
