Quick and tasty beef & mushroom

- 500 grams Blade or Round Steak cubed
- 400 grams sliced mushrooms
- 1 x 400 gram can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tblsp cornflour
- 40 gram pkt french onion soup mix (I use low salt)
- 1 small green capsicum, sliced
- Parsley to serve
Place cubed steak in slow cooker bowl, (I oil my bowl first)
Sprinkle with onion soup mix ,mushrooms, green capsicum and tomatoes
Blend together cornflour with Worcestershire sauce and a little water
Pour over steak and cover,
Cook on high for 2 hours then low for around 4 hours.
