Ingredients

Split peas packet

small
Butternut pumpkin
1
onion
6
small carrots
1
zucchini
2
chorizo sausages, sliced
4
tsp
Vegeta stock
hot water to fill slow cooker to 1-2 inches from top
Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Soak split peas in hot water while preparing vegetables
Chop all vegetables and add to slow cooker
Add in the peas (drained), chorizo, water and seasonings
Cook on HIGH for 6hrs
