Sour Cream and Bacon Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
1kg skinless chicken thigh fillets
200g diced bacon
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 x 420g cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup (no water added)
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Place chicken and bacon in slow cooker bowl
Combine garlic, soup and flour and pour over chicken
Cover and cook on low for 6hrs (individual slow cookers vary)
10mins prior to serving stir through sour cream
Serve on pasta or with vegetables.
*This recipe can also be cooked using bone-in chicken pieces wrapped in bacon slices*
