Ingredients
Toffee apple pudding.
200g soft brown sugar
200g self raising flour
200g butter
3eggs
Spoon vanilla extract
2 apples peeled n diced
Topping
300mls apple juice
100g golden syrup
100g soft brown sugar
Instructions
Beat butter and sugar.
Mix in eggs.
Add flour and vanilla.
Stir in apple chunks.
Put into greased slow cooker pot.
Put topping ingredients in a saucepan, heat enough to dissolve sugar.
Gently pour over the top of cake mix - do NOT stir.
Use tea towel under lid and fold over top.
1 hour 45 mins - 2hrs on High
