Ingredients
 

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1kg Sweet Potatoes, diced

Instructions
 

  • Place potatoes in slow cooker bowl with water.
  • Cook for approximately 7 hours LOW or approx 4 hours HIGH (3.5L Crockpot slow cooker)
  • When cooked puree or mash until desired texture is reached.
