Slow Cooked Baby Sweet Potato
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1kg Sweet Potatoes, diced
Instructions
- Place potatoes in slow cooker bowl with water.
- Cook for approximately 7 hours LOW or approx 4 hours HIGH (3.5L Crockpot slow cooker)
- When cooked puree or mash until desired texture is reached.
