Ingredients
 

  • 400ml Coconut Milk
  • 600ml Skim Milk
  • 1/2 cup Rice
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to 1.5L slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 3.5-4 hours stirring every 20-30 minutes, until rice is cooked and liquid absorbed.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
