Ingredients
1 kg stew meat (gravy beef, chuck etc)
500 gm bacon
1 large onion
1 tub Continental beef stock concentrate or 2 stock cubes
1/2 cup water
Instructions
Dice onion, bacon and beef
Place in slow cooker with the water and the stock
Cook on low for 8hrs
