Pink Stew
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1 kg stew meat (gravy beef, chuck etc)
- 500 gm bacon
- 1 large onion
- 1 tub Continental beef stock concentrate or 2 stock cubes
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Dice onion, bacon and beef
- Place in slow cooker with the water and the stock
- Cook on low for 8hrs
