  • 1 kg stew meat (gravy beef, chuck etc)
  • 500 gm bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tub Continental beef stock concentrate or 2 stock cubes
  • 1/2 cup water


  • Dice onion, bacon and beef
  • Place in slow cooker with the water and the stock
  • Cook on low for 8hrs
