Ingredients
Bottom layer - choc fudge
440 grams chocolate
1 tin condensed milk (I used chocolate condensed milk) but plain is fine
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
mini oreos
Top layer - white fudge
220 grams white chocolate
1/2 tin condensed milk
1 tablespoon butte few drops vanilla essence
crushed oreos for decoration
Instructions
Turn cooker on HIGH
Place chocolate, condensed milk, butter and vanilla into slow cooker
Stir every 15.mins for about an hour and a half.
Once ready place in a glad wrap lined slice tray and push in mini oreos
Put in fridge whilst you prepare the white fudge.
Wash slow cooker and make sure completely dry.
Turn cooker on HIGH
Place in white chocolate, condensed milk, butter and vanilla
Stir every 15 mins for roughly 30 - 45 mins
When ready pour over chocolate fudge
Press in crushed oreo biscuits
Refrigerate until set best left over night.
