Two layered oreo fudge
Ingredients
- Bottom layer - choc fudge
- 440 grams chocolate
- 1 tin condensed milk (I used chocolate condensed milk) but plain is fine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- mini oreos
- Top layer - white fudge
- 220 grams white chocolate
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butte few drops vanilla essence
- crushed oreos for decoration
Instructions
- Turn cooker on HIGH
- Place chocolate, condensed milk, butter and vanilla into slow cooker
- Stir every 15.mins for about an hour and a half.
- Once ready place in a glad wrap lined slice tray and push in mini oreos
- Put in fridge whilst you prepare the white fudge.
- Wash slow cooker and make sure completely dry.
- Turn cooker on HIGH
- Place in white chocolate, condensed milk, butter and vanilla
- Stir every 15 mins for roughly 30 - 45 mins
- When ready pour over chocolate fudge
- Press in crushed oreo biscuits
- Refrigerate until set best left over night.
