Two layered oreo fudge

  • Bottom layer - choc fudge
  • 440 grams chocolate
  • 1 tin condensed milk (I used chocolate condensed milk) but plain is fine
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • mini oreos
  • Top layer - white fudge
  • 220 grams white chocolate
  • 1/2 tin condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon butte few drops vanilla essence
  • crushed oreos for decoration


  • Turn cooker on HIGH
  • Place chocolate, condensed milk, butter and vanilla into slow cooker
  • Stir every 15.mins for about an hour and a half.
  • Once ready place in a glad wrap lined slice tray and push in mini oreos
  • Put in fridge whilst you prepare the white fudge.
  • Wash slow cooker and make sure completely dry.
  • Turn cooker on HIGH
  • Place in white chocolate, condensed milk, butter and vanilla
  • Stir every 15 mins for roughly 30 - 45 mins
  • When ready pour over chocolate fudge
  • Press in crushed oreo biscuits
  • Refrigerate until set best left over night.
