Ingredients
Four Chicken Thigh fillets cut up
Three sticks of celery chopped
Two carrots chopped
Two onions
Half parsnip
Half swede
Two potatoes sliced
Sauces..
Fruit chutney
BBQ Sauce
Sweet chilli
Tomato sauce
(re the sauces put however much you want)
Garlic
1 Cup of Chichen stick
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
I brown the thigh fillets first then put all other ingredients in SC and cook on low for six hours or until cooked :)
