  • Four Chicken Thigh fillets cut up
  • Three sticks of celery chopped
  • Two carrots chopped
  • Two onions
  • Half parsnip
  • Half swede
  • Two potatoes sliced
  • Sauces..
  • Fruit chutney
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Sweet chilli
  • Tomato sauce
  • (re the sauces put however much you want)
  • Garlic
  • 1 Cup of Chichen stick
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • I brown the thigh fillets first then put all other ingredients in SC and cook on low for six hours or until cooked 🙂
