Chicken Casserole
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- Four Chicken Thigh fillets cut up
- Three sticks of celery chopped
- Two carrots chopped
- Two onions
- Half parsnip
- Half swede
- Two potatoes sliced
- Sauces..
- Fruit chutney
- BBQ Sauce
- Sweet chilli
- Tomato sauce
- (re the sauces put however much you want)
- Garlic
- 1 Cup of Chichen stick
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- I brown the thigh fillets first then put all other ingredients in SC and cook on low for six hours or until cooked 🙂
