Ingredients
1 cup gluten free self raising flour
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup honey (melted)
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 punnet fresh blueberries (could use any fresh or frozen berry)
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients together, add to dry with a fork.
Then add blueberries and fold through.
