Ingredients
2 cups sifted SR. Flour
3/4 cup caster sugar
3/4 cup milk
125g melted butter
2 eggs
Tsp vanilla
Desired gel or liquid colour
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar
Beat in eggs and add vanilla and milk
Fold in flour
Pour in to cup cake cases until half full
Using a toothpick dip in to desired colour (I used gel but liquid should be fine) and swirl in to the top of each cupcake
Put in to heated SC making sure they do not touch the sides on high for 1 hour with tea towel under lid
