2 cups sifted SR. Flour

3/4 cup caster sugar

3/4 cup milk

125g melted butter

2 eggs

Tsp vanilla

Desired gel or liquid colour


1Cream butter and sugar

2Beat in eggs and add vanilla and milk

3Fold in flour

4Pour in to cup cake cases until half full

5Using a toothpick dip in to desired colour (I used gel but liquid should be fine) and swirl in to the top of each cupcake

6Put in to heated SC making sure they do not touch the sides on high for 1 hour with tea towel under lid
