1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos (health stores or specialty supermarkets)
2 teaspoons cumin powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
4 tablespoons unsulphured molasses (found in most supermarkets)
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Coming all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl and mix well using a whisk. Store in fridge and use as you would other sauces
Place chicken in slow cooker with sauce and cover on low for 4-6 hours do not take lid off until cooking time has finished and use 2 forks to pull apart
