Clean Eating Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- Chicken
- 3 large raw, boneless,skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/3 cups clean BBQ sauce
- BBQ sauce
- (Makes approx 10 servings)
- 1 425g can tomatoes - no sugar added
- 1 170g tomato paste - no sugar added
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos (health stores or specialty supermarkets)
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 4 tablespoons unsulphured molasses (found in most supermarkets)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Directions for BBQ sauce
- Coming all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl and mix well using a whisk. Store in fridge and use as you would other sauces
- Place chicken in slow cooker with sauce and cover on low for 4-6 hours do not take lid off until cooking time has finished and use 2 forks to pull apart
