For the cake ,I made 2 of these and placed on top of each other with a layer of the butter icing in between
Cream butter and sugar together ,then add I egg at a time ,then add rest of the ingredients ,until mixed
Add to a greased spring form tin ,put in sc on high with tea towel under the lid for 2hrs or check afterr 1 hr
Mix all ingredients until smooth
Put a layer on one cake and put the other on top ,smooth over the cream cheese frosting and refrigerate ,
