Ingredients
500g green prawns
400ml can coconut milk
50g ghee
1 diced onion
1 Tbsp garlic
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp ginger
5 curry leaves
1 tsp cinnamon
2 bruised cardamon pods
1/2 tsp fenugreek
1 tsp chilli
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cummin
2 tsp ground corriander
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp curry powder
2 tsp lime juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients except prawns in sc and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours. Place in prawns and cook for a further 30 mins (time will depend on prawns size, i used medium)
Serve on a bed of basamati rice
