Ingredients
4 tbsp of butter (or ghee to make this paleo)
1 kg of chicken
2 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
1/4 tsp chilli powder/paste
1 cinnamon stick
6 bruised cardamon pods
400g puréed tomato
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp lemon juice
250g baby spinach
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients except baby spinach to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hrs
3. Remove cinnamon stick and cardamon pods.
4. Add in baby spinach and cook until wilted.
5. Serve with sweet potato.
