In a small bowl/jug, whisk together the oil, honey (if using), paprika, onion powder, chilli flakes and salt and pepper.
Place the chicken in SC bowl.
Pour the oil mixture over the chicken, turning to coat on all sides.
Arrange the lemon, garlic and shallot around and under the chicken and sprinkle on the herbs.
Optional: cover the chicken and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight (I did NOT do this).
Cook on LOW 8 hours or HIGH 4 hours.
Serve with Rice and Steamed Vegetables.
