Ingredients
50g butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh sage leaves (approx 10-15)
250g mushrooms, cut into quarters
Instructions
Put butter and olive oil into slow cooker until butter is melted.
Add mushrooms and sage and stir through well.
Cook on high for 2 hours with a tea towel under the lid, stirring every 30 minutes.
