Sage butter mushrooms
- 50g butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh sage leaves (approx 10-15)
- 250g mushrooms, cut into quarters
- Put butter and olive oil into slow cooker until butter is melted.
- Add mushrooms and sage and stir through well.
- Cook on high for 2 hours with a tea towel under the lid, stirring every 30 minutes.
