  • 50g butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh sage leaves (approx 10-15)
  • 250g mushrooms, cut into quarters


  • Put butter and olive oil into slow cooker until butter is melted.
  • Add mushrooms and sage and stir through well.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours with a tea towel under the lid, stirring every 30 minutes.
