Sage butter mushrooms

50g butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh sage leaves (approx 10-15)

250g mushrooms, cut into quarters


1Put butter and olive oil into slow cooker until butter is melted.

2Add mushrooms and sage and stir through well.

3Cook on high for 2 hours with a tea towel under the lid, stirring every 30 minutes.
