Ingredients
3 cups SR flour
1 1/4 cups milk,
1 beaten egg,
90g melted butter,
1/2 cup brown sugar,
2 large over ripe bananas (mushed,
1 block of cooking chocolate cut into chunks.
Instructions
Beat all wet ingredients together,
Stir through dry ingredients and Chocolate chunks,
3/4 fill muffin trays or use cake tin
Cook for 1 1/2-2 hours on high with tea towel under lid....
These also freeze great..
These can be made in muffin pans or cooked in a cake tin :-)
Tip: I sit paper muffin cases into individual pie tins so I can fit lots in my slow cooker without losing their shape...
