Ingredients
12 thin beef sausages
3 medium/large washed potatoes - thinly sliced
1 medium onion sliced
250ml light cooking cream
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
2 cups grated tasty cheese
*Optional* (thin layer of pumpkin)
Instructions
Pre brown your sausages (optional).
Slice into bite sized pieces and transfer to your cooker
Sprinkle all purpose seasoning over sausages
Layer sliced potatoes over sausages
Layer onion over potatoes
Mix garlic in with cream and pour/scrape over onion and even out with the back of a spoon
Replace lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours... Or until potato softens
Layer grated cheese over and replace lid WITH TEATOWEL for 1 hour on HIGH
