Ingredients
 

  • 500g salmon fillets (diced up)
  • 2 cups broccoli (cut up)
  • 385ml can evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup lite milk
  • 50g pine nuts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients together in slow cooker,
  • Cook on high for an hour, serve on spag pasta.
  • Sprinkle a little extra Parmesan cheese on top.
