Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 cup mashed banana
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a lined cake/loaf tin.
Cook on high with a tea towel under the lid for two hours*.
You could add any extras you choose- nuts, spices, a little cocoa.
*Cooking time may vary depending on your cooker.
