Coconut, Banana and Chia Seed Loaf
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 cup dessicated coconut
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a lined cake/loaf tin.
- Cook on high with a tea towel under the lid for two hours*.
- You could add any extras you choose- nuts, spices, a little cocoa.
- *Cooking time may vary depending on your cooker.
