Coconut, Banana and Chia Seed Loaf

  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup mashed banana
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a lined cake/loaf tin.
  • Cook on high with a tea towel under the lid for two hours*.
  • You could add any extras you choose- nuts, spices, a little cocoa.
  • *Cooking time may vary depending on your cooker.
