Peel cut cook potatoes and the mash let cool
Add as much SR flour as potatoes will take, add in soda water mix in more SR flour.

Add potato mix to your bowl adding sugar salt and yeast set bread maker to dough setting
NO BREAD MAKER
In your cup of warm milk add yeast and sugar let if start working & frothing up,
add to potato mix,
knead into dough adding more SR Flour if needed then let rise double in size
break into balls of dough
line slow cooker and cook using tea towel until golden
Traditionally this is shallow fried
You can then enjoy with jam or traditionally they are dipped in salt and then eaten
